Audit Eats helps food businesses prepare and file FSSAI registration, licence, renewal, modification and annual return applications on FoSCoS, and arranges training and audits.
Registrations and licences are granted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India or the State Food Safety Department, not by us. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or the time it will take.
You must give accurate and complete information and documents, and keep them up to date. Applications filed on incorrect information can be rejected, and the licence later suspended or cancelled.
Keep access to your email account secure: sign-in codes are sent there. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Our service fee is as quoted to you before work starts. Government fees are paid to FSSAI as set by the regulations and are not refundable by FSSAI, including when an application is rejected or a licence surrendered.
How we use your personal data is described in our privacy notice. You can withdraw optional consent at any time in Settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
